My network

I have an extensive both national and international network, especially within the process safety area.

Since 1983 I am one of two Swedish delegates sent by the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences to the European Federation of Chemical Engineering´s working party for Loss Prevention with its main task to arrange every 3rd year the symposium "Loss Prevention and Safety Promotion in the Process Industries".

I am the founder of the Swedish Association for Process Safety (IPS).
My company is a member of IPS. I was the chairman of the association during the first three years; now I am a member of the board.

Since 1996 my company is a member of the European Process Safety Centre. (I have participated in some of the EPSC projects)

I have been a member of the Safety Committee of the Association of the Swedish Chemical Industries since it was formed in the 1980´s.

Besides these more organised memberships I have a rather large contact net comprising process safety experts in many companies in Sweden and other countries.

I also have personal contacts within the EC Joint Research Centre at Ispra, Italy, and within the Nordic research organisations VTT in Finland and SINTEF in Norway.
